I have been living here at Brio on Broadway the last 4 years and it was a my best decision. Downtown is thriving and growing with art hop every first Thursday of the month . Savannah the manager was very helpful with my moving process . Came in on her day off to finish my move in process because that was the only availably I had! Savannah Thank you for all the help you have been, you are appreciated!! Brio on Broadway was an amazing experience these last 4 years very beautiful complex and very well maintained. Very amazing manager and always goes beyond for her complex!

I lived at Brio for the past 3 years and itâs been bittersweet that I have left! So excited that I bought a home but still so sad to leave Brio! Savannah was a great help with moving process I cancelled my notice like 3 times because we couldnât find a house to buy with the crazy market lol and she never gave me a hard time, sheâs awesome! Brio was a great home for us the past 3 years very good atmosphere especially with being downtown definitely recommend!

Love the Apartments ! From the layout of the complex’s to the amazing manager Savannah . She was sooo helpful with the process. Answered all my questions and made me feel at home. She goes above and beyond to help and makes you feel so comfortable to come to her with any issues . By far the best apartments I’ve stayed in. If you need a place, contact Savannah ! You won’t regret it

I have been living here at Brio on Broadway the last 2 years and it was a my best decision. I was new to the Fresno area coming from LA area and Savannah the manager was very helpful with my application process working with me all the way from LA. She came in on her day off to finish my move in process because that was the only availably I had! I am now currently in the process of buying a home and in escrow and once again the manager has made the process so awesome! Savannah Thank you for all the help you have been, you are appreciated!! Brio on Broadway was an amazing experience these last 2 years very beautiful complex and very well maintained!

I have been living here for the past few months and i cannot complain! Any problem I have came across has always been resolved by the manager Savannah who is amazing! Also another plus, is the area itself! Has a little bit of an LA vibe to it, which keeps it young and fun! Overall, best complex to live in here in the Fresno area.

Love my apartment it is so close and convenient to everything. My move in was so great and the manager Savanah couldn't be any nicer. She took so much stress away from the move in process. When I got their the day of my move in she had my move in folder all ready to go and showed me to my apartment. Everything is close by and the environment is great.

Michelle and savannah would always answer our questions or take care of our concerns. Our apartment was really nice and we enjoyed how spacious it was it felt like a house to us. We liked having a spot inside to park out car as well. Overall great experience, only reason we moved out is because we bought a home if not we would of stayed there. Thank you Michelle and savannah for being great! ð

Moved here in love with the Downtown scene! This is where you get live music, artistic scenery, great food, and enjoy a beautiful firework show when the Grizzlies are playing. My apartment is beautiful stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, and granite counter tops. The manager Savannah was great during my application process and my move was smooth and effortless got to sign my lease online, and it was a breeze picking up my keys the day of move in. The maintenance guy Ben was great and very knowledgeable showed me how to operate my A/C and garage remote. Overall great atmosphere and I know I will enjoy my stay here. Thank Brio Staff!
